From the very start of wanting to sell our home, Tim was the one who we worked with from beginning to end. We cannot say enough about how great his work ethic is. He and his partner, Cara and his expert team put together a plan from the upgrades needed, to staging , and a selling plan that came together beautifully in the end with seven offers over asking in the first two days. He was also there to troubleshoot any problems and quickly resolved them. He also helped us find a needed rental once we moved out of our home.
