I was a nervous home buyer, but all that changed when I contacted Tim O’Bryant. He was more than willing to take it upon his self to find houses that matched my search criteria. He is also one of the most knowledgeable agents that I have spoken with about real estate in general and real state in the Dayton area area.

Tim helped me buy my first house. The first day we met Tim had prepared a booklet of all houses that fit with the description of what we were looking for, it was a lot of help. I did some research on my own and Tim reached out to each property to get information and schedule walk-through's. He was very familiar with the VA process and what inspectors would look for and advised us against houses he knew wouldn't get approved by the VA for us to buy, it took a lot of the guess work out of it. We ended up going with new construction and Tim walked us through everything, if we ever had questions he was there to answer and worked for my best interest.
