Outstanding Service and patience in a very frustrating situation

Tim was very patient in working with our Mortgage company to facilitate a short sale. During all this, our mortgage was sold to a different company and he had to start all over with the new mortgage company. He was very patient and professional in every aspect. We had previously listed our house with two different agents/companies over the last two years, with no positive results and very little showings. Tim brought buyers almost immediately. Very pleased and will recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their home.
