Our family was on a tight timeline to sell our home. Tim and Debbie seemed to stop what they were doing to make give us the best possible service and care. Both Tim and Debbie were always responsive and educated us on the selling process every step of the way. The process was extremely fast because they sold our home in just two days!

Both Judy and I are very pleased first of all by the friendliness Tim and Debby extended to our family and the ease of the processing the sale of our house. Having know our family though school and association it was fun to see Tim and Debby reminisce. Tim was very professional But showed a lot caring. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Tim and Debbie are very knowledgeable, kind, and creative. They did a wonderful job listing and advertising our home. Tim got creative to make the final deal go through.

Tim did a phenomenal job of presenting my mother's home when there was very little furniture left to work with (both parents moved into assisted living at the same time and used a lot of the furniture). He also proved his skills as a negotiator in negotiating a price that we were VERY happy with! He was wonderful to work with, as was his wife, Debbie, who is also part of Tim's team. Debbie was also very prompt in assisting us with any questions that we had. Tim took care of any issue that came up which made for a very smooth selling experience. I would absolutely recommend Tim and his team without hesitation!
