You must use Tim!

Tim got our house sold for 103% of our asking price, the DAY we listed it for sale. He took beautiful pictures and did a great job with marketing!

I dragged this guy to several unsuitable...

I dragged this guy to several unsuitable properties. He is understanding, knowledgeable, and unpressured. Calls and texts are returned promptly. We eventually found “the one,” and he was super helpful with all the details. Bonus points: he’s got a great sense of humor! Would not hesitate to recommend him!
