The sale was a long and difficult sale. Two buyers, tenants, and a bunch of road blocks. Tim stuck with it and we have finally closed. Could not have asked for a better agent. I would highly recommend Tim and his team.

Tim helped us find and purchase a very modest lot. He spent a holiday weekend showing us around, referred us to local businesses for septic and surveys, he was always prompt in responding. And, never did we feel any pressure from Tim. He's a great guy and we would absolutely refer him to others.
