Tim Martinez was my realtor when I purchased this house in 2017 and sold it in 2021. Tim has my absolute trust. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and a pleasure to work with. Because of Covid it fell on Tim to do all the coordination with many firms to prepare the house for showing. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I’m sure a lot of credit goes to Cherie for the beatification. They make a great team. If you are looking to buy or sell I don’t think you could find a better realtor.
