We had a great experience working with Tim during our home buying process. Tim was very knowledgeable, patient, always available and had our best interest in mind. Being new to the CA housing market, we needed Tim's guidance and had so many questions. He was always available and guided us through the whole process very patiently. Tim was overseas on vacation when we found the house we ultimately bought. This did not make any difference. He made himself available and was always on top of everything. Tim is one of the most honest, genuine, and dedicated realtors we've ever worked with. It was truly a pleasure working with Tim. We highly recommend Tim!
