Tim is extremely persistent when it comes to getting what his clients want. He listens to your wants (no matter how outrageous they might be!), guides you through the process of getting prequalified, and goes to work to find the house in your budget. We have used Tim twice now to buy and sell our homes. Both buying experiences were so unique, I know we are stories that he never forgets. Haha. He takes the pressure out of buying and selling. He will work towards getting top dollar for your house and work the sellers of your new one. He will not hesitate to say “I don’t believe this is exactly what you are looking for.” Late night phone calls (within reason) don’t bother him because he knows he’s helping you find your home. I can’t say enough good things about Tim. In extremely stressful situations, he made sure to remind us that it’s a process (a rather lengthy 5 month closing process for us but he was there the entire time ) As long as we remain in south Florida, Tim will always be our agent!

Tim and Rivka were so great to work with! They made everything smooth and easy to follow. I was especially grateful for the extra steps they took to market my home with amazing photography and drone video footage. They also managed to coordinate everything while I was away from home. They watered my plants, checked on the appliances, hired cleaning professionals, and charged my Ring security system whenever needed. They also packed up many of my personal items not included with the sale, boxed them up, stored them for me, and shipped them to my new address once I was settled. They also did a great job managing the negotiations and terms between myself and the buyer. I also worked with Tim Klein when I bought my home back in 2017 and had an equally great experience! Tim is a great agent! He went above and beyond to help me find just the right property. He not only followed up on properties that I found, but routinely sent me listings he found with detailed notes outlining the key features of each property. He also wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with each neighborhood, driving me all around the areas we were looking at and getting all my questions answered. He even conducted live video tours for me via cell phone when I was out of state so that I could consider properties without having to constantly fly back and forth. He was so thorough and genuinely concerned about my certainty and satisfaction with each property we looked at. He was also extremely skilled at negotiating the initial offer and even got me a further reduction on the price following some issues that came up during the inspection. After the closing, he helped me get setup with FPL, put me in contact with a great insurance agent, and checked in with me regularly to see how everything was progressing. He's an excellent agent and an all around great guy! I highly recommend Tim for both buying and selling your home.
