Tim Karaman's attention to EVERY detail and creative problem solving made my experience flawless. He is an excellent negotiator, working hard for his clients and generous with both his time and his opinions based on researching comparables in the market. He responds immediately for any and all questions which is difficult to find but important in arranging EVERY detail. Tim arranged virtual showings of multiple properties for me long distance, and pointed out every benefit and every problem on each property...invaluable when looking at property whether in person or long diatance. He is as honest as he is intelligent and an absolute delight to work with. He was referred by multiple friends as well as family that have done business with him, and all have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about each unique situation. My primary home purchase was a major one for me, but I also look forward to benefitting from Tim's services on future investment property.
