I worked with Tim for about a year as his client, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of real estate. My father passed away this past September and left my brother and I his house in Norwalk. We called Tim right away. Tim handled the sale of my Mother's condo a few years back in Long Beach and was amazing. The house in Norwalk was the first that my brother and I had ever bought or sold. From the get go, Tim went over the entire process with us from start to finish. We had alot of questions, and Tim made sure to take his time and was extremely patient and thorough in all responses. We had a substantial amount of offers in a very short period of time. Tim gave us a detailed run down of each offer and explained the pros and cons, and advised us on how to approach each offer. We also had an estate attorney that was assisting on various deed issues. Tim did not hesitate to jump in and help in any and every way he could to get the home sorted out. He communicated with our attorney and my brother and I to assist. Tim constantly updated my brother and I on any and all developments thought the process. He answer every call and dumb question I had with a smile. Due to Tim's hard work, great communication, and excellence, we closed on the house yesterday. Over asking price I might add. Tim was amazing. Both my brother and I will definitely be using Tim when we purchase homes this year. I highly recommend tim for both buying or selling of your home. Tim Kadletz is the absolutely the best realtor anyone could ask for. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He is trustworthy, efficient and very kind. Moving from my home of 20 years where my kids were raised, was very difficult.
