I wish I could give more than five stars! We’ve worked with Tim a few times now—he helped our son buy his first home, helped us find our own home, and most recently helped us sell that home for way more than we expected. Every time, Tim has gone above and beyond. He really knows the market and had a clear strategy from day one. Thanks to his advice and guidance, everything went smoother than we could’ve hoped. When it came time to sell, Tim was 100% committed to getting us the best price—and he absolutely delivered. He kept us in the loop the whole way and was super easy to reach. I I've had an amazing experience working with Tim he was referred to me by a friend and I have recommended him to multiple people myself. Very knowledgeable any question that my wife or I had he was able to give me an answer for if it was a very specialized type of question and he wasn't 100% sure he was able to get back to me usually within minutes. I could not ask for a more professional real estate agent he had always kept in touch with us no matter what if he wasn't able to answer the phone we were sure to get up text informing us that he was in the middle of something it would call us back in a few minutes within 10 to 20 minutes my phone was ringing. With all that being said I will definitely be spreading his name to as many people as I possibly can.
