We had the pleasure of working with Tim when we were selling our home. He was extremely professional and honest. Tim was very observant and made excellent suggestions on what we could do to improve the chances of getting a good price for our home. He informed us up front that he did not suggest an artificially high asking price, just to get our listing. He gave us several recommendations of contractors to do necessary work and monitored their progress, as we were distance owners. Tim worked tirelessly on our behalf, bringing several offers and making recommendations. His knowledge of the market was superb. He guided us through a very challenging negotiation to a successful conclusion. I give Tim the highest recommendation as someone who is competent, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
