Excellent service

This was my partner and I's first home and we both were apprehensive about home buying process, especially in a brand new city. Tim was kind enough to take me out early in the process and answered questions about the neighborhoods, including their pros and cons, all while being sensitive to our unique needs. He took his time to explain the details of home buying and warned us of common mistakes that new home-buyers often make. We felt listened to and were able to learn a lot in a short amount of time. Later in the process, and despite our busy schedules, Tim was able to find time to communicate with me about homes we liked and helped us through a difficult housing market. He maintained contact even during off-hours, and this was especially helpful during the contracting process, which posed some challenges in our case. I always felt like Tim had our best interest in mind and we ended up getting a great deal on a new house. I would definitely recommend Tim as a realtor!
