My partner and I purchased a new-build with Tim from out of state and couldn’t be happier with the services he and his team provided! From the beginning Tim maintained good contact with us about opportunities and elaborated on the pros and cons of each. His experience with remote-buyers was clear as we didn’t feel like we were missing anything by not being there physically. When we found a community we liked, his connections with the builder got us our dream-plan and lot! Tim and his business partner Helen were there every step of the way to guide us through the closing and really stepped up when a Covid situation arose for us. We highly recommend Point Honors & Associates and will be using them again for our next home!
