Tim Hudson

We used Tim to help with the purchase our home back in 2012 and had such a good time that we called on him again to help us sell it this past April. We made the few updates that he suggested in our initial meeting and he had the house sold before we could get the listing posted. He is super knowledgeable and to care in looking after our best interests throughout the ordeal. Overall we had a great experience working with him and would gladly recommend him to any friends or family in the NRV.

So, we were on a HUGE fast track to sell our house and move. Tim was the best realtor partner we could have had. He is fun to work with and helped me handle the stress several times. Tim is an excellent consultant. He will help you make the best decisions for selling. He takes the more difficult communications off your hands and is the master negotiator. He knows realty, and he knows the other agents in the market. He is a trusted professional, and he represents his client the very best way he can without compromising. He knows and understands contracts, and he can tell immediately when something is not right. We knew we could trust him and take his advice. It was really fun to work with Tim. He told me to be prepared to sell my house in 2 days, and he was right. As we were loading the last box and leaving our home, it was only right to hug Tim. That's the kind of partner you get when you work with Tim Hudson. He's a friend, and a realtor, and a partner that will support and guide you through every step of the process. Email, phone calls, texts...he does them all in a very timely fashion.
