Tim is PHENOMENAL!!! His work ethic, knowledge and responsiveness is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE. Tim went ABOVE AND BEYOND his expected responsibilities. We would ABSOLUTELY use Tim again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

We reached out Tim with Holdy Realty to help us find our new Florida home after renting for a while and it proved to be the right choice. Tim was just fantastic throughout the entire process. All calls and emails were returned nearly immediately and he was so knowledgeable about the entire process from viewings and offers to the actual closing which made for a seamless and stress free experience. We would highly recommend Tim with Holdy Realty for your home buying or selling needs. All details will be covered and you'll be happy you did! Jeremy & Jenna L.
