Im so great full for having tim as our agent, he was so helpful with everything any questions we had he had an answer for it.. we’ve had other agents but nothing like tim thx for everything tim..

I have worked with Tim both when purchasing my house and when selling it. He is a very hard working agent who combines deep market knowledge and on-the-ground expertise. I was really impressed how he timed the listing of my house with the market peak. He was honest with me and told me to wait 6-8 more months back in summer 2021. he was right on ! During these few months, he did not sit idle and leveraged his wide local network of repair/fixing professionals to bring my place to its best potential ! When you hire Tim, you hire somebody who will get ALL the job done .. not just the listing part. Anyway I can't speak highly enough of him nor list all his qualities .. just give Tim a try and you will understand what I mean. Tim was a joy to work with. His advice concerning what to do (and what not to do) to get my house ready for sale was spot on. He knows the market, and helped me price my house correctly. It sold in 2 weeks! When looking for a new home, Tim listened to what was important to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Tim communicates very well, and is a great negotiator.
