Tim, as an agent, is the best of the both worlds. He had a laid-back, no-pressure approach and truly listened to us. At the same time he has a tremendous amount of knowledge of the buying and selling process, so he was able to confidently take the wheel on negotiations for a second home. I trust him completely, and at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about. (Also, we ended up purchasing the home at about 25% less than asking - thanks Tim!)

Tim helped me navigate a purchase of a very unusual property with many complicating factors that eventually failed because of no fault of his or the property and then went on to help me navigate and negotiate a foreclosure deal with a difficult vendor.

Tim is the best. Not pushy, straightforward with his opinion, took his time to patiently explain the process to me. It’s a huge overwhelming ordeal to find a home, with Tim you’re in great hands.

Tim was wonderful throughout every step of the process of buying our home. He texts, calls and emails you right back, and you're never in doubt that he's working hard for you. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the Pittsburgh area and shared info in a way that let us decide what to do with it, instead of trying to push us in a certain direction. You can tell his priority is to get you in a home you love and to do so without rushing or pressuring you in any way. We were relocating from another state and he gave us FaceTime video tours of many of the homes we were interested in. This helped immensely as the market was hot when we were buying (many homes contingent within days!) and we weren't always able to schedule a trip to see in person before it was gone. Buying while living in another state is tricky and this is just one of the ways Tim helped us through the process. In the end, we bought a home we completely love and would work with Tim again in a heartbeat if we had to do it all over again. We really can't recommend him enough.
