Tim was a great realtor, and contributed to an excellent first home buying experience. He knew the local market, and helped me find an ideal house for my budget and with very little notice. He held my hand while I tried to get my VA loan figured out, and he got me in touch with not just a local loan officer, but multiple local contractors to get my new house ready to be lived in. He was patient with my monetary considerations, and really worked within a tight window. I highly recommend this realtor if you are looking for someone with great local insight and a direct attitude towards getting you in an ideal housing situation.
