A relative recommended Tim and Mo to us when we were getting ready to put our house on the market. Because we had not sold a house with an agent before, we had many, many questions. We cannot say enough about their kindness and patience as they walked us, step by step, through the process. They said they would be available 24/7 and they were. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the market. If a situation came up, they were promptly on it. We had four extensions on the closing date for several reasons. They researched and kept us informed on what was happening. We would highly recommend them both, because of their integrity, to anyone needing an agent for buying or selling a home.

I first met Mo and Tim 4 years ago when I had initially started my house buying process. Through no fault of theirs, I was unable to purchase a home at that time, but even though things seemed dark they were always willing to put in the time and effort into helping me find my first home. Fast forward 4 years later, and a break from the housing game I was ready to go again, and so were they. Through out the break I would receive emails and text messages, just checking in a seeing how I was doing. Now I was in a time in my life where things were good and ready to go, but I had reservations. Inventory, prices, locations... how was I going to find something that would meet all of my needs AND keep in in my budget. Long story short, Mo and Tim helped me find the perfect first home, and I couldn't be happier. They have gone above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for in a real estate agent, and blew away my expectations. They are not just my agents, they are my friends.
