Tim was the only realtor that has delivered what was promised. After signing papers so that he could sell our property, he continued to keep in touch. We didn’t feel abandoned. With the exception of Tim Comstock, all of the past realtors we’ve worked with were scarce once papers have been signed. Tim advised us what we needed to do to our property to get it sold. We took his advise and our property sold the first day it was on the market. We couldn’t be happier!

Tim answered my call immediately when I became interested in the property that ultimately became my current home. I had never purchased a home by myself and he walked me through all of the steps. He advised me when making offers and counteroffers and suggested the names of different contractors/repair persons when I didn't know whom to ask for help. Tim knows the East Sacramento area well since he grew up there and is happy to be a resource for information and advice long after all the paperwork has been signed. I highly recommend Tim whether you are buying or selling your home!

Tim helped my husband and I through the process of buying our first home.
