The long road home
We were downsizing and moving to Camarillo during spring. Little did we know the housing market was going to explode as Covid restrictions relaxed. The competition for housing and the subsequent bidding wars were a nightmare. Tim Comstock, with the help of Jacki Lowe, took us to multiple listings, walked us through several unsuccessful bids, and persevered until we found our new home. We're forever grateful for his patience, depth of knowledge, and persistence during this process.
