Sale of Mother's Home

I contacted Tim to sell my mother's home. I lived 2+ hours away and wanted an agent with experience in the area to make the process easy and achieve a fair property value. Tim's name was on many of the properties for sale in the immediate area. He was friendly and outgoing. He quickly gathered comparable properties which sold in the municipality for use to evaluate a proposed selling price. Tim was very professional and explained each processed we entered providing guidance to allow me to make the necessary decisions. He seemed to be a couple of steps ahead and delays were not apparent. He was aware of current rates, local regulations and procedures for loan institutions such as FHA and VA. I was always kept informed of all matters and given advice in decision making. I believe it would be difficult to find a more professional representative for conducting the sale of your property.
