Tim is an expert in negotiating who wrote "Create a Great Deal, The Art of Real Estate Negotiating" that is well respected in training Realtors to negotiate better. He also teaches negotiating classes for continuing education, so he can get you a better deal. The Team has expertise in foreclosures and short sales, so that we have access to properties that other agents cannot find. Our team uses technology to stay in touch and make our clients' transactions go smoothly.
