Tim did an amazing job representing us in our home purchase. Each step along the way, he fully supported us, educated us, and became a friend. He showed us many homes, and expertly negotiated our home purchase. We fully recommend Tim Brenden. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy.

I would highly recommend Tim's ability to handle any transaction. He represented me as the Seller and, because of his great research ahead of time, we had two full price offers on the first day of listing. Tim handled the entire process with complete professionalism. He was even able to assist me with some final repairs prior to close. Any Buyer or Seller would be extremely pleased with Tim's abilities, knowledge of the market and responsiveness.

Tim was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient as we looked for our dream home. He kept us informed every step of the way and addressed any concerns that we had. We have every confidence that he will do a great job with any client that chooses him as their realtor!!
