Tim Bosch

Listed my house with Tim after moving to my wifes house. Even though my house was not a high price house Tim went above and beyond my expectations to assist with the sale of my house. Tim gave great advice on cheap improvements that would improve the chances of a sale. Tim was able to find someone who was able to sign a lease with intent to purchase contract. Year and 1/2 into the lease the current leasee needed to get out of the lease but was able to find someone who wanted to purchase the house. Tim did all the paperwork and lined up the title work and closing. Process went very very smoothly, I would definately recommend Tim if you are looking to buy or sell!!

Tim, in a word "Great". He answers your questions and if he dosen't know he will find the answer. Tim will work with you on your plan and change along the way as needed so you reach you goals not his. Your goals are his goals! Tims attenion to detail is well above average.
