Tim is great to work with! Will explain every step of the process. Was able to get my house ready with advise on best things to do get the attention to buyers. Listed house in the middle of snow storm. Tim did 2 open houses with a foot of snow on the ground and get it sold that weekend for top dollar! Amazing! Highly recommended!
