I couldn’t be happier with all he did to help us purchase our first home. He was always available to show us homes, and answer our never ending questions (well mine, as I had a never ending supply lol). He made sure we understood every aspect of the sale process, and made sure we were comfortable with each step of the way. He made what I thought would be overwhelming, basically stress free. Mr. Arnett was so diligent from the start. I had went on the ERA website and have begin to fill out a questionnaire, and then I went back in and took out all my information but before I took it out, Mr. Arnette had called me, and that was the best thing that ever happened for me, because from then on Mr. Arnette had begin to give me a different options as in where to start in purchasing a home, and he was there every step of the way. Not once did I feel deserted. Always return my call or text. Very informative. He was very real about everything that made me feel comfortable and believe that he was very trustworthy. And when I was having a bad day, just a just a warm smile for Mr. Arnette made me feel like everything was OK! I would highly recommend Mr. Tim Arnette !
