Tim was able to step in to a complicated situation with a difficult negotiation and smooth things over. He is level-headed and professional in all matters. He took the time to understand my concerns and is very responsive.

Tim was the perfect realtor. Buying my first home, in a "tumultuous" market, was a scary feeling...until I met Tim. From the first moment, I felt comfortable, almost like I was on an HGTV show. He was there for ANY question, ANYTHING, at ANYTIME, and his insight was extremely helpful. At times, I forgot I was even in the process of buying a house. I couldn’t be happier with all he did to help us purchase our first home. He was always available to show us homes, and answer our never ending questions (well mine, as I had a never ending supply lol). Mr. Arnett was so diligent from the start. I had went on the ERA website and have begin to fill out a questionnaire, and then I went back in and took out all my information but before I took it out, Mr. Arnette had called me, and that was the best thing that ever happened for me, because from then on Mr. Arnette had begin to give me a different options as in where to start in purchasing a home, and he was there every step of the way. Not once did I feel deserted. Always return my call or text. Very informative. He was very real about everything that made me feel comfortable and believe that he was very trustworthy. And when I was having a bad day, just a just a warm smile for Mr. Arnette made me feel like everything was OK! I would highly recommend Mr. Tim Arnette !
