Tim was awesome during the entire process, any time I called or sent an email he was very quick to respond. Tim arranged to meet with me prior to settlement allowing me to meet with some contractors for estimates so after settlement I was ready to get some remodeling accomplished very quickly

Tim was responsive to all my questions and supportive every step of the way through the buying process. His approach was professional while being friendly at the same time. His support continues after the sale with any other questions I may have. A followup trait that is not often seen these days.

Tim is incredibly knowledgeable about bothering the general and specifics of the housing market. He is an effective communicator, and really demonstrates his experience with a keen attention to detail. He is also Incredibly kind, friendly, and has unrivaled professionalism.

Tim has been really patient and understanding with me though everything, he was never discouraging. He was always doing his best for me. He never pushed me to to buy something I didn’t like.
