Tim Allen was Excellent

When we decided to sell our home in Sedona Az, we talked to 3 different firms. All priced our house about the same using past sales as well as current homes on the market. A couple were national firms in the area with multiple years of experience besides Tim Allen and his firm. Ultimately, we decided to ask Tim Allen to put our house up for sale. The reason we picked Tim for our sales agent was his experience, energy and focus on selling our home. He brought a fresh perspective and had various ideas to bring our house into the market. We sold our house relatively fast with Tim's help. If we were making our decision again, we would ask Tim to assist us. We enjoyed working with him these past few months.
