I cannot say enough good things about Tila. This was my husband and I’s first time buying a home and I’m so thankful I had Tila to help me through! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and she is really good at keeping you updated through out the whole process.

Tila was a dream to work with. This was my families first experience with a realtor, so I was definitely nervous going in. She has surpassed every single expectation and even expectations that I didn’t have. Tila was very warm, welcoming and understanding from the very first moment we spoke. We purchased virtually and she made the search for a home painless and extremely easy. I never had to check back on the status of anything as she was incredibly attentive. So attentive that we got a notification of a price drop and within an hour she had arranged a viewing of the home….our home! The home that we ultimately fell in love with and purchased!! That night we were already signing paperwork to initiate our purchase. Tila viewed homes with us and provided us pictures, videos and Faced-timed if I wanted to see a house in real time. Being that we were first time purchasers and out of state, I had a million questions and she answered every single of one of them and explained different processes and wording in layman’s terms. She also was very transparent and honest. Tula was our first encounter with a realtor and she has set the bar incredibly high for our future realtors. If I could, I’d want her to be our realtor every single time we purchased. If you are looking for a realtor that hears you and wants to find you your dream home, that’s Tila. She’s got you!
