As first-time homebuyers, we feel really lucky that we got matched with her through Bilt. We had seen some pretty mixed reviews online about experiences with different eXp agents, so we honestly weren’t sure what to expect, but she ended up being fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always took the time to walk us through things, answer our questions, and give us honest advice and recommendations. She was also extremely proactive. We were ready to accept the seller’s counteroffer, but without us even asking her to negotiate further, she kept working on it and came back a couple of hours later with an even lower price. That was probably the moment where we really felt like she was genuinely looking out for us and not just trying to get the deal closed. She was responsive as well. She gave us a heads up that she would be out of the country on vacation, and even with the time zone difference, she still responded quickly whenever we reached out. We did have a small communication issue with one of the inspectors she recommended, but she told us she had never had that experience with them before and did everything she could to help get it sorted out, which we really appreciated. Her husband also came along for parts of the process and was super helpful in giving us a different perspective, especially on some of the more technical and practical aspects of the house and homeownership. Obviously this was our first time buying a home, so we don’t have a ton of experience with other agents to compare, but it was very clear throughout the process that she was genuinely representing us and looking out for our best interests. Our parents joined us for parts of the process as well and came away with the same impression. They thought she was a great agent and said they would want to work with her themselves when they’re ready to buy or sell a home. Would absolutely recommend her.
