Tijana Jones is the gold standard when it comes to selling a home and understanding the customer. Another agent at EXP had my listing for 3 months and never had a single showing. I found TJ via a local reference. Before the new agreement was in place Tijana went to the property and arranged for the lawn to be mowed among other sales preparations. That is being proactive. She held open houses regularly. She visited the unit regularly and flushed toilets and did other tasks to keep pipes from freezing. Not only that, but the home was owned within an IRA, so she had double the amount of work to get parties to sign. Both the IRA and the seller were out of state. Tijana worked many hours beyond 9-5 to get the sale closed. Tijana has an impeccable work ethic. Very rare. She handles every property like it is her own. She is the Gold Standard! I told her she should move to San Francisco where she can make ten times her salary. She is worth that.
