I was buying a home for the first time in 20 years, and was not completely up to speed with all the requirements of the process, as I'd become pretty rusty. nTiffni was responsive and always followed through and got back to me with any questions or concerns during the buying process. She was very good with E-mail and phone response, including text messaging to keep me informed. Several issues came up that she did not allow to derail the purchase, and they had to be satisfactorily resolved while working with myself, the seller's agent and seller, the loan company I selected, and of course the items on the house that needed to be corrected by the seller before the purchase could be completed. I was very pleased with Tiffni's representation as my agent as she definitely worked hard to help me get the deal, even though this was a fairly low commission sale for her (not one of her higher-end properties). Tiffni spent a lot of time on several different occasions to show me relevant properties. She understood what my needs were and we looked at properties that met the requirements. She didn't waste her time nor mine. nShe is knowledgeable, dependable, and professional.
