This seasoned Executive turned Real Estate Broker was nominated as Chicago Agent's South Suburban Rookie of the Year in 2021 closing more than 30 transactions in her first year in real estate. Since her second year in real estate sales, she has helped over 100 families in the last 18 months build wealth through real estate. Tiffany is passionate about educating her clients, negotiating, and most importantly helping her clients build wealth through real estate.
Despite her humble beginnings in Chicago's southside Roseland community and being on her own since the tender age of 15 years old, she started investing in real estate at 22, and by 26 she owned 3 properties and managed her friend's and family real estate. She founded Willis Property Management in 2005 but returned to corporate after the market crashed in 2008. With more than 20 years of corporate experience, she’s led teams across the country in various industries: real estate (Realogy Group/NRT), consulting (McKinsey & Co, Brunswick Group), investment banking (Mesirow Financial, BMO Harris), education (Perspectives Charter Schools), non for profit (Chicago Scholars) and even started her career in the United States Federal Government.
In 2018, life took an unexpected turn! She found herself a divorcee/domestic abuse survivor...and now a happy mom to three small girls after nearly two decades -- she needed balance. Thus, it was an easy decision to return to her first love - real estate. She had been managing her own property and close friends since 2008 with her first company, Willis Property Management. In the winter of 2020, she got her IL real estate license and founded a real estate, coaching, and development firm whose primary focus is to help her clients wealth through real estate - called City Property Consultants, Inc.
As the CEO of City Property Consultants Inc, Tiffany founded a subsidiary business as an independent real estate broker licensed in multiple states called Close With Tiff, LLC is affiliated with the infamous international brokerage, Coldwell Banker Realty.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Governor State University and has completed executive-level business classes at both Stanford and Harvard University. In her limited spare time, she is working on her upcoming book, coaching other agents on how to grow their businesses, and is an avid traveler, who enjoys adventure, reading, fine dining, and spending time with her family.
