Tiffany was definitely the difference in our offer being excepted over other offers. Given that this was the first time we’ve bought a home in California, Tiffany was great at helping us navigate the differences. She made showings during COVID as safe and as fun as possible. When we found our dream home, her advice and experience helped us to have an advantage over the other offers, and ultimately helped us get our dream home! Our closing was very quick, and she was diligent to explain each deadline to ensure we kept on track. On top of it all, she is a pleasure to be around and her delightful personality shines through and makes home-buying fun. We highly recommend Tiffany!!
