When I first started the home buying process I was scared. But with Tiffany’s help she made this process a very enjoyable one. She was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She did all she could to answer all of my questions, even all the crazy ones. Tiffany helped us purchase a home, and then after deciding to retire, she helped us sell our home within a 9-month time. We signed the paperwork on a Wednesday, and the house was going live Friday at 10 am. The open house was scheduled for that Saturday. Tiffany had our house sold by Friday at 8 am, and a backup buyer (not ever seeing the house) by Saturday. Let's just say we didn't have the open house thanks to her effects. Our hold sold for more then we could have asked for. Tiffany is personable, hard-working, and very dedicated. Now we are traveling in our RV and living our best lives.

Without the patience and understanding Tiffany had with me, I wouldn’t have this amazing house! Anytime day or night she answered my calls. After seeing a few houses together she right away knew what I was looking for and help guide me to my dream home. From starting to look and closing was within 2 months. Tiffany knows what she is doing and is highly suggested.

We were looking for a home that had space to store a smaller sized RV and car. We found a home near Panorama Park and Tiffany was the listing agent. We called for a showing of the home, but learned that an offer had been accepted. Tiffany gladly still showed us the home in case the offer fell through. As Tiffany was showing us the home she asked questions and learned about us and what we were looking for. A month before, we found a home that was listed online and it had a decent sized shop that met our storage needs. An agent showed us the home and promised to call us back if she found another home that met our needs…. To this day, we haven’t heard from the other agent. Tiffany kept in touch with us and within a week of the first showing she called with four homes that possibly met our needs. We travelled from out of town to meet her and she enthusiastically showed us the homes that she had located. A few weeks later we found a home online that had a very large shop and owned solar. This home was out of our original price range, but we called Tiffany and she arranged a showing and also advised us that the home was only going to be on the market for a week and that all offers had to be in by noon the next Monday. We viewed the home and it exceeded all of our needs! There were already multiple offers on the home. We really wanted the home… Tiffany had comps of the area and she helped us craft an offer to compete with the others. The tips that Tiffany suggested included were offering a very short escrow and a large good faith deposit. We also formulated an offer price that Tiffany agreed was “very competitive”. WE GOT THE HOUSE!!! We later spoke with the sellers and discovered that there were two offers that were higher than ours. The sellers said that they were attracted by our offer because of the short escrow and the higher deposit. (Things that Tiffany suggested). Tiffany kept in touch with us daily until we received the keys.

Working with Tiffany was a wonderful. She helped us feel at ease with all the paperwork and transitions. Went above and beyond with our listing, including professional photographers and helping us find a real estate agent in the state we were moving too. We decided to wait to put our house on the market because I did not want to move during the holidays and she respected that decision and continued to stay on, all the while prepping and preparing for the day it was to go on the market. Due to her efforts we had many showings on the first day and accepted an offer on day 2 days with an above asking price! I have recommended her to all my friend and family.
