Tiffany is the kind of person you only has to ask her once ..she knows her job very well and gave me lots of tips when buying and iam very thankful for her she said when you're ready I will walk you threw it and she was there every step of the way I could always call her and she would take the time out and explain everything to me....

I have worked in and around Construction & Mortgage industry most of my life and I have had many experiences with agents but Tiffany Spires cares, listens and does more than you could ever ask of an agent on your time, she puts you first even if she is 25 people calling ! I can't stop bragging about Tiffany Spires! A am a first time home buyer and after 11mths of 3 different failed realtors, I had stumbled upon Tiffany. My previous realtor emailed a home that just went on the market. Although we viewed alot of homes in the past that didn't meet my expectations, I had a good feeling about the home she emailed me. So since good homes are gone within hours of just being listed on the market, I immediately asked my realtor if I could view the home ASAP. My realtor told me she wouldn't be available until the end of that week! So I took it upon myself to go on Zillow and schedule a tour. Zillow showed that there were available tours that evening. I requested a tour and Zillow paired me with Tiffany. Although it was probably a inconvenience for Tiffany to meet with me at 7pm (yes that late!). She showed me the home and we toured it and I put a offer on it that night. Later than the line, Tiffany started noticing bad signs from my home financial loan agent. She immediately contacted me to get with the agent to verify everything was needed for the closing date of the home. The loan agent assured me things were fine. Because of Tiffany's concerns with this loan agent, she continued to contact him for 3 weeks straight to make sure I made it to my home closing date as scheduled. The loan agent continued telling me and Tiffany that he had everything he needed, until he dropped the ball on us just days before the closing date, stating I couldn't get the loan and no bank will loan to me! I was literally about to have a mental breakdown from all the stress of 2mths of getting all necessary documents to get this loan, just to be turned down while having 20% down payment on hand. I called Tiffany ready to burst into tears. But without a blink of an eye, Tiffany told me she knew a home financial company that would look into my situation and fight for me to get approved for the loan. After everything was done, Tiffany saved the day and I got the home!

We contacted Tiffany as we were moving from Florida to Acworth, Ga and she had a listing we wanted more information about. We found Tiffany to be knowledgeable, easy to talk with about what we were looking for and showing us many homes in a timely manner. Her concerns for us were beyond the call of duty. She made our purchase easy and mostly stress free. We would use her again. Thanks Tiffany!!
