Tiffany helped us sell a house and buy a house. A few years ago I reviewed her skills as a house seller, today I want to recommend her as a house purchaser. We saw a lot of houses with Tiffany before we bought our perfect house. She understood the process perfectly and her opinions (which she only gave when asked) helped us avoid big pitfalls. I am so glad she was with us when we were taking a second look at a house we had made an offer on. She saw a serious problem that we missed the first time, when we'd visited the house in a dim light. When we bought the house we are in -- on the first day -- she helped us get it by explaining and implementing an escalator clause. The seller noted that she wanted to work with Tiffany (there were other offers) because she'd been recommended as an excellent and impeccable professional. That was our experience. We just bought in a super hot sellers market. Don't negotiate a market like this unless you have someone helping you that you can totally trust.
