She has a great understanding of the area, & knows many locals who can network to connect to resolve their tasks, ie, you want your knew home cleaned or painted before moving in, she knows who to call. You need a specialized inspector for a dock or mainline, she knows who to call. Not only that, but can often get it set up within days, not weeks! She was always up for negotiating and had great advice on where to start. And my favorite part, she made all the scary paperwork bearable!
