We have heard numerous horror stories regarding the purchase of your first home, however Tiffany’s modus operandi streamlined the process to the point in which we felt contrite for not doing more! Our first real estate transaction in CA was very complicated compared to the ones that we had in the Midwest. We almost walked away from the deal but Tiffany was determined to make it happen. She had enthusiasm and drive that kept us going. She moved very fast and aggressively and we honestly thought that the seller started to say yes to all we asked for just to keep her away.
