I contacted Tiffany about selling my parents home after a recommendation from a friend in Eugene. She responded to me immediately and was in tune with our needs right from the start. She got our house on the market exactly when we wanted, had multiple offers within the first few days and it was sold in 4 days! Tiffany is a very talented realtor. I live out of town and she ensured that my home was ready to be shown -- including straightening up an area of the house that needed to be "staged." She made all the arrangements for various things that needed to be done -- gardening; carbon monoxide detectors, and a number of other "fixes" and inspections. She met each professional and spent enumerable hours at my home ensuring success. The printed materials advertising my home were beautiful. We had a difficult post-inspection negotiation and she hung in when others might have encouraged me to abandon the deal. She is VERY responsive -- texting responses quickly and keep me informed consistently.

Tiffany was incredible. Patient, but no-nonsense. Efficient, but not pushy. Super knowledgeable about the realities of houses, and she's not afraid to tell you if a house just isn't right (or will be a long-term headache). She found me a really perfect house, and went the extra mile to make sure that I felt solid about it. She's terrific, and highly recommended.
