I’ve spent my whole life and career — right here in Grants Pass. Southern Oregon is home, and that sense of connection carries into everything I do, especially the way I approach real estate and leadership. I’ve been in the industry for more than 25 years, starting in a real estate office shortly after college and growing into the role of Authorized Principal Broker / Manager over time. Along the way, what’s mattered most to me hasn’t been titles, but people—building relationships, supporting brokers, and creating an office where collaboration and trust are the norm, not the exception.
Our office is built on collaboration, shared effort and shared success. I believe in showing up for my brokers, investing in their growth, and creating space for learning, encouragement, and real conversations. Outside the office, that same mindset shows up through community involvement, local partnerships, and a genuine belief that strong businesses should contribute to the places they serve.
Family is at the center of my life. My husband AJ and I are raising our kids and soaking up time with our grandson, alongside a very full house of pets. That balance between work, family, and community shapes how I lead—with perspective, care, and a lot of heart. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family enjoying everything the Rogue Valley has to offer, from outdoor adventures to local events and community gatherings.
