Tiffany Housel is an absolute rock star. She was referred to me by a friend. I am an out-of-town buyer and wanted a place in North Topsail. Without hesitation, she took me on. When the perfect condo came on the market, Tiffany immediately went to it, took walk through videos, FaceTimed us in, and went through everything, even taking pictures at sunset to show us our view. With her guiding hand, we submitted an offer and won the bidding war. She was dead-on with the number it would take to get it done. After going under contract, Tiffany was relentless in getting things done for us. We had a quick closing, and Tiffany was on top of everything. She made sure everything was inspected, line us up with ant insurance agent, and check on several things with the HOA. We were able to do the closing remotely. She sent the documents to us to e-sign, we wired the money, and we closed successfully. And this is where the story would end if it was anyone other than Tiffany. After the closing, Tiffany offered to take measurements of the condo, designed a floor plan, and took measurements of everything that my wife started so that my wife could get a jump start on interior design of the condo. Tiffany took 20+ pictures, added the length and width, and showed us exactly what we wanted. Then, she even went so far as to draw out a sketch of the condo with the measurements of the exact floor plan. To say that Tiffany went above and beyond is an understatement. She is extremely responsive to texts at all hours of the day and on weekends. She is masterful at putting together competitive, winning offers in a crazy market. She goes above and beyond during the closing and even after. To say that I am impressed with Tiffany just doesn’t do it service. She is truly a rock-star and one of a kind. I am very thankful for her. She is the best. I am sure of that. I wouldn’t have my dream beach condo without her. Thank you, Dustin
