Tiffany Horwitz

I came to Florida from NJ to look for a Condo and Tiffany Horwitz was recommended to be my realtor. I gave her the basics of what I was looking for and she found several that day that she sent me to review. I fell in love with one of them but was only here a short time. Tiffany helped me with submitting an offer and negotiating the final price I paid. She made sure that everyone involved on both seller/buyer stayed on top of all necessary documents and she met all inspection personnel at the Condo since I was out of state. We had a proposed closing date that actually did not change and the closing went very smoothly. I really can’t say enough about Tiffany and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate. She is friendly and knowledgable and very thorough.
