The first time my wife met Tiffany Higley it was the first place we have seen online. My wife came home so happy that I said that was quick you found the perfect home!!! She said it was not the Home it was who I met, Tiffany made me and the kids feel very comfortable explaining what we were looking for. We all understand how things would go wrong in contracts, so it was not easy to find or when we do find a home we liked the inspections did not make it possible. Tiffany did not skip a beat, she got us back up on track and looking very positive Energy. We finally found a home that we all liked after 2 months, Tiffany took off working around the clock. The seller was very stubborn and attached to the home after a week of back-and-forth, Tiffany worked with the seller who didn't have any experience in how to sell her home, and patiently explained the process to the seller. Tiffany knew how much we wanted to Buy the home it was perfect it was in Jupiter and was close to my kids' schools it was everything we wanted. If it weren’t for ztiffany I wouldn’t be enjoying my new life at the Waterford. My 81 year old mom had a stoke and had to move from Florida to Virginia almost immediately. Tiffany stepped right in packed things up, took care of cleaning, staging, selling of furniture, and I'm sure that she did many other things that she knew needed to be done, but we did not.
