EXCELLENT Experience

My husband and I went into this process as novice home buyers. We were full of anxiety and had very little knowledge of how to navigate our way through to a successful purchase. From the very first phone call with Tiffany, I knew she was the right choice for us. She deeply cares about her clients and is highly knowledge about the real estate process. She painstakingly explained every part of the process step by step all along the way She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had, and following up with us if she initially didn't have answers at hand. This is the way a real estate transaction *should* be. It's the "Gold Standard" on which transactions *should* go. She met with us before we started viewing properties, to explain how the process works, what all the "standard" documents were, what expenses we would and could incur along the way so there were no surprises, and let us all the way through to a successful purchase on our only property we submitted an offer for. We could NOT have done this without her. She's now or agent for life, should we ever decide to sell or buy again in the market she serves. I pass her name on to others any time the subject comes up.
