I listed my house FSBO. The minute (literally) I posted my house on Zillow, I got hounded from every Realtor in North Florida looking for a listing. LOL. Tiffany texted me saying she had a qualified buyer that was interested in my house and asked if I would agree to a one time showing. I was skeptical and replied, "I would if you have a legitimate buy who is pre-qualified and this isn't a tactic to get a listing." She assured me she did and was willing to send me a pre-qualification letter. That was a Thursday. Saturday we showed them the property and they offered a full price contract. We closed in about 45 days. Tiffany was very professional. She was prompt and super available for any questions we had. I would recommend Tiffany for your real estate needs.
