I would not use her again, I had inquired on Zillow and she was the one to respond, she was able to get us in to the house fairly quick. The day we were supposed to meet the seller at the house she was late the owner had already had us in the house showing us around before she even got there. She was informative when I signed papers but when it came down to sending my mortgage lender the papers needed she was careless, things weren’t completely filled out and I had to get ahold of her again to fix them and resend them. Messed ups on papers I had to sign even she had me down as the seller instead of the buyer. She had bugged the seller so much that the seller talked to me and didn’t want to even deal with her and wanted to go directly through me instead. I was so glad to be done with her and wouldn’t use her ever again
